• Why exactly was Bruce limping at the beginning? Was it his fall at the end of TDK? Did that injury honestly last eight years? Or was it the other much more severe falls finally catching up to him? Does he have medical insurance?
• What exactly is Selina Kyle’s motivation? If she’s poor, why does she own a custom leather suit and goggles and shit? Is Juno Temple her girlfriend please?
• Why did Foley need a subplot with his family? Was I supposed to feel bad when he died?
• Why did we need to explicitly say the name Robin? Was it the implication really not heavy enough? Why didn’t Joseph Gordon-Levitt look directly into the camera and wink while She’s Got You High played when that happened?
• Was the underground prison thing also a filming location from The Fall? Is The Fall a spinoff of The Dark Knight trilogy?
• Am I the only one who misses Katie Holmes?
• Am I the only one who found having Hines Ward and Ben Roethlisberger in The Dark Knight Rises to be utterly ridiculous?
• What was the significance of that last scene with Lucius? So Bruce fixed the autopilot on the batcopter? Or did he fix something else? Did anyone fix anything?
• Why were both romances so underdeveloped? Why was Selina with him at the end? Because he liked her apartment earlier in the film? Because they both have fun costumes so why the hell not?
• How did Bruce and Selina know exactly which restaurant and table Alfred was talking about in his story? How did they know when he was going to be in Italy? How did they know when he was going to eat lunch? Why was Alfred not like holy shit oh my god you’re alive?
• Where the fuck do we go from here? Does Joseph Gordon-Levitt get his own movie? That might be okay with me? I thought this was the last one?
• Why were Leonardo’s kids wearing the same clothes as they were in his memories? Does the top keep spinning or not?
